Best refrigerator brands?

Currently looking at Jenn-Air, KitchenAid, Samsung and GE. Any thoughts?

Something basic from Sears with the Sears service/replacement warranty. Almost all refrigerators break. My parents' Sub Zero used to cost a fortune to fix.

I'm looking for a French Door without the water on the front.

Problem with Viking and SZ, is limited options.

I have a JennAir with the same setup and I hate it. Looks good and has been reliable, but it's a lot of extra work to open the door to get ice and/or water...1st world problems
