I think they could have pulled those off much better if they were placed elsewhere and maybe shaped differently. The plastic used makes 'em look like E36 fogs and side markers and the square design doesn't help at all either. Had they gone with something maybe top-mounted or rounded like the Porsche, then maybe it could have worked.

yeah...if it was elongated and rounded it would look a lot better. Still not good, but better.
