Considering trading the e46 for a e60

Hey guys

I am currently trying to worka deal at the stealership on a trade with my e46 for a 2004 e60 (530i) and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or comments that might be helpful. (ie. any known issues with the e60's)

trade it for an M3.........I think I will enjoy it more.....but e60 is sick too...but I would get 545i...v8

An m3 would be nice but one of my main reasons for going to a 5 series is I am looking for something bigger.
