Shark Injector.. definite improvement

Hey Guys,

I just wanted to toss out there that I've finally got my shark injector back from TMS with the "new" program.. Got everything installed and I must say there is a definite difference in the way the car feels.

Just to give an idea on why I am so certain this is what I did...

Installed air intake 2 weeks ago... drove around with it for 1.5 weeks and took it off.. drove the car normally.. very minimal differences couldn't tell much at all.

Installed Sprint booster by itself, definitely tightened up the throttle but almost too much.. Drove it around then took it off.. (Please keep in mind I do know this does NOT add horsepower by any means, however I was evaluating the throttle response of the vehicle.)

Finally yesterday..

Installed Air Intake, Sprint Booster, and the Shark Injector... and I must say all three of these items combined made a DEFINITE difference in the way the car feels. The extra few hundred RPM's up top are extremely nice and the injector definitely beefed up the mid range greatly over just the intake. And with the two combined they are working extremely well together!

I can't wait until we finally get the headers and the gear installed... I think it's going to make a great improvement the way the car drives!!

Once all that is finished up we can start on the head/cams setup

Anyway this was just an FYI post, I will be putting the car on the dyno next weekend after the headers are on so I will keep everyone updated.

yea... it came out a few months ago... and apparently the gains are pretty good (at least for the zhp) relative to the old shark

word.. only problem is this was one short part of my continued install for this car... My baby goes in the shop this weekend for the Headers, Gear and slightly possible a cams swap... they almost have me talked into it I just need to mull it over for a day or so then after that the dyno will come...

Does it make the throttle suck less? Mine has a dead spot in the first part of travel, then suddenly gives way too much throttle. Impossible to drive smoothly

Does not it make the engine wear faster? Is it safe?
