I used to be training my lower back when I was at school. I need to join a actual gym back here at home cause right now I'm only doing bench + curls and abs. I need my gym back to work on everything lol.

Aw your back may getting weaker as a result of only training your front. you should do inverse crunches as part of your routine as well to balance it out.

lol like just hang over a sofa and raise your back

Nah, the S54 is going in the E46. Maybe s50/52 in the E30.
