^ If Billy doesn't jump on this I'm willing to help on the weekend over a few cocktails. Let me know, I'm up for it.

I just am a little leary of taking it all apart again and then doing the 'baking' of the headlights to fix them. Then again I could just need some resoldering to fix it, but my electrical skills in that department are lacking. I'm just ready for it to look right.

Know anyone for hire?
I have no experience in baking headlights, but do have angel eyes installed on my sedan..... how do the connections look. i would be down to try and help out, if there would be anything that I could do. This weekend would be cool.... if you had some time.

Corey PM'd me and said he is free Sunday afternoon. I don't mind hosting and you can come over too so we can try and figure this out once in for all. I'm always up for a challenge.

Bad news to you generous fanatics. My open sunday just got booked. Looks like the following sunday gets open with my schedule switch.

Atleast thats how it stands now. We leave for vegas tuesday night and get back saturday after a much needed vacation. If the crew is willing, then I'd love to reconvene.

im down to help....i just need to know a few things about the headlights....are they the oem headlights or did you get the whole light from jlevis? itll make a difference in the temp and time they need to be baked at generally and also if you got them from jlevis did they include any temp specs.....ive baked about a dozen headlights on the scion tcs but not yet with a bmw....im sure there is a quality difference involved

They are not the oem headlights(another story). Its an entire headlight unit from Jlevis. the Umnitza e90 projector. As far as I know there is suppose to be a baking guide online that I will locate for temperature and timing. With no experience I was to leary of doing it.

Would anyone be down for maybe a small photoshoot this weekend? I was totally dissapointed with how my pictures came out from our little meet, plus a friend of mine who is into photography and has a wrx wanted to go out and do some shooting....if you are interested maybe we can brainstorm a few spots!

Yeah, really expensive labor. I paid a premium for a "really good alignment." I took it out of the shop and after 1 day the steering wheel went off center. They checked the car and said everything was on spec. We got into a really bad argument and after multiple calls, and debates they put the car on the rack and realized the specs were all out of whack. They apologized and redid the alignment. (John was literally screaming at me prior to this).

The car was now pulling even harder and pretty of center. I went to another indy shop and for pennies they fixed the problem.
