why is it that u guys are ALWAYS in the middle of something, saying something/going against/defending/flaming/trying to falsify claims about ALL your competitions in this angel eyes or demon eyes or whatever eyes vendor/manufacturer warfare...

remember back then it was with herb...and now its with this new one, lavalighting...HEY...it's the internet...let Lavalight say what they want...they even have the RIGHT to talk about vaporware..because that's the power of free speech...granted, u have the right to flame them too...but read on about the consequences of what happens:

i had a slight interest in these little rings of light around my headlights for some time...but all this talk from ALL the vendors acting like complete babies in PUBLIC forums just turned me off completely from ALL of you....

i'd rather now spend my hardearned money in some other mod...

consider me amongst the many of the potential customers that u AND your competitions lost because of this baby whining from BOTH sides...seriously...

you guys are ALL annoying, ALL pointing fingers at each other...

..consider this 2 cents from a potential (yet never to be kinetic) customer....


my fellow co worker, sitting next to me with a 325ci shares my opinion too, oops i guess u guys just lost TWO customers...

we're in the middle of it because we abhor stealing. we're in the middle of it because we have a right to defend our product against false claims. we are in the middle of it because our blood, sweat, tears, and guts are poured into the product (figuratively). we are in the middle of it because we are honest folks who want to help put a roof and food on the table for our respective families

I don't see how defending a product, describing the virtues and differences indicates that we act like babies, but you are entitled to your opinion.

I'm truly sorry that you feel that way. It's hard earned money on all fronts, that's why defense is the only way. We are the leaders in the space - because we work VERY hard and provide VERY good service.

Our goal - ironically - is to please as many people as we can. If you are not one of those (nor your coworker) I'm saddened. I hope that I may be given the opportunity to let you find out - as many others have before you - the value of good customer service, a quality product, and most importantly, a feeling like you bought and received what you expected.

Please consider my response as an outreach to you as a potential customer.

Hey easy there matt. Before you all start throwing stones wait til you see the actual product. I will be doing some testing of his new kit very soon and will post pics and a review. I will be one of the one of the first in the U.S. with the kit. I know Jerry personally and he lives no more than 10 minutes away from me and he's a great guy from what I know. I have talked with him about his kit and advised him on a few of his decisions. He has been nothing but a great guy and a good friend to me, so read the thread and believe what you will but I know him personally, not just through the boards and what I know is he's a great guy, I stand by that until proven otherwise.

I have, and I have spoken to Jerry no more than a few minutes ago about this thread and the thread you posted the link to. I don't see any problem with what was said on Jerry's behalf, now on you and Jim's side, that's another story. I admit I have bought products from Umnitza and enjoy them but that doesn't mean I agree with any part of your actions or business policy. The results of Jerry's kit speak for themselves. Before anymore makes any more comments why don't you just wait until they are released? As for customer service if any case should arise of a customer being unhappy if Jerry does not deal with it himself to customer satisfaction I will do my best to help out because I know how vital it is to the customer to have great customer service. I have had the best service from Vinny and Herb and expect the same from Jerry and Lava Lighting.
