I do not know much about them, I just found a few people who did and they recommended my guy. It was confirmed when I went to the gun show and saw about 50 people hanging around his booth.
not bad for an obvious beginer...

are you set up for 5.56mm or .223 or both? I've been looking around a bit and found a few decent deals around the internet. From what I'm hearing, the net is the best deal, however, i haven't yet zeroed in on anything worth mentioning. I was looking at www.cheaperthandirt.com and they seem to have some decently priced surplus ammo but haven't yet compared it to other places much. I guess I'm kinda waiting till im a little further on the build. 6 more days till I finally start the assembly!!!

ammo is already dried up. Surplus ammo is all but gone. 223 and 5.56mm is getting harder and harder to get. Stock up on all you can.

About cases....Pelican is pretty awesome. I have a few and they rock. Not cheap though and very large to store.

Yeah I was going to mod the M3....but decided having a good gun and ammo will be more inportant in the future. I might spend a good bit on ammo and a reloader.

I don't trust the government not to go after my ammo. Don't worry I'm not going to have enough where I have to build an ATF approved bunker....although that would be interesting.

I'm very very tempted to start reloading on my own....

And btw, those prices on cheaperthandirt.com aren't very good!

^^Buy the stuff right now regardless. Even if you don't shoot it, it could be a potential investment in the future if a gun-ban happens again. Mags too....stock up on hi-cap magazines if your state currently allows them.

I would recommend 10,000 rounds + of 223.
