Need opinion on interior trim
Hey guys,
I'm a first time poster but I've been reading the forums for a long time. I have an '02 M3 SMG carbon black with gray interior. The car originally came with titanium trim that was somewhat worn and I didn't like the look. So, I replaced it with black aluminum cube trim. The only things remaining what have the titanium trim are the SMG dome and steering wheel trim. I would like to replace them as well but I wanted some input on what direction to take. I was thinking about going with the silver carbon fibre pieces but I'm not sure if it will fit in well with the gray interior. All the feedback is greatly appreciated! Current setup: ![]() SMG Domes from EAS: ![]() Steering Wheel Trim from EAS: ![]() I could also change the brake handle to match whichever color I pick. Thanks! |

I would recommend the black pieces if looking to upgrade to fibre.

Thanks Tom. I am concerned that the black fibre won't match the black aluminum cube. The silver was my first choice because I think it would look nice on black. Its hard to judge though since I haven't seen any similar setups.
