not really. a lot of people have had it come on time. often times, it's not their fault. it's the mail carriers that are to blame (i know that all too well). besides, i don't know why you would complain. for their cheap prices, somethings gotta give. you can't have everything you want.

Discount pricing results in volume sales. Overwhelming responses to pricing leads to potential delays. We do our best, we are honest people, and we would like to ship your items the same day everytime. If we arent meeting your expectations we are always willing to refund your money.

This isn't the thread to bash them, and as dude said, a lot of times its the mail carrier. I've been modding my vehicles long enough to know this. You should too.

My order was slightly delayed but customer service was great, and time was decent about 8 days. considering the price and quality how can you complain? Look at competitor prices for similar products.

BTW tails installed today, they look amazing, plug and play, no warning lights.

We dont view it as bashing. We view it as criticism and feedback that results in improvement of our company over the long run. We will continue to drive prices down on items that are frequently over priced and we will continue to adjust to the demand that customers create when they see our prices.

If you remember last year at this time a pair of P46s were well over $500, and I even talked to a customer who said he paid upward of $1000 for headlights. Headlights???

Growth happens with pain and spurts, we want to be great for you and respect the feedback we receive. Its how we keep improving.
