Just wanted to let everyone on this thread know that Orion V2 have nothing in common with any other kits. they are not made by MyCarr, they are not made using any of the same materials as before. I don't know where the idea came from that they had any similarity to cheaper kits but there are none.

Just wanted to make something clear and bump this up.

Our product is not being made by anyone that has been mentioned before. We are not reselling another company's product. We have built our own mold and we own the product outright.

We have heard rumors that our product is the same as MyCarr, it is not.

Additionally, our product was redesigned from the ground up, there are no pieces that are the same or common with any other kit from the past or present except for our originally designed wiring harness - which anyone can ALSO compare against any other harness for quality. In the past our designs were incorporated into the MyCarr products, that is not the case. We still use MyCarr for a few things but this product is NOT related to their product line.

Finally, if anyone gets any product from anyone, please come to our offices for a comparison, I'm pretty confident that:
1) Our product is brighter
2) Our product casts a wider more FULL pattern
3) Our product fits better and is easier to install.
4) Our product is better designed.

But I want YOU to be the judge!

Please come by.

In the past, showing our products to the public led immediately to our competitors getting their hands on them and making copies, but this time, because of the recent false claims that we did not innovate, this will prove once again what we are providing is continuing innovation and getting the products to our greatest critics - our customers

We hope our customers will be very pleased with this, so we will describe the changes with each of the pictures below:

1.
  • The rear is covered with a full backing that holds the LED system in place. There are no external solder points on the back.
  • The covering serves as an insulation so there are no exposed points of power that could potentially lead to a short in the circuit.
  • The photo shown has additional pads that will not be on a finished ring that you receive, they were originally put there to stabilize the ring, but that is not necessary giving some proprietary mounting techniques being used.

2.
  • The clipping system is designed to clip onto all types of headlights. The multiple teeth allow you to have the proper fit no matter what application
  • It's length is sufficient for all applications
  • The clips are very high tension, meaning that once they hold onto something, they don't let go. In the past, depending on how you installed the products, you might have a clip releasing from the ring itself. That will be nearly impossible with this product.
  • Also note that the cover discussed in the previous photo is visible here for great "clarity" of what was discussed earlier.

3.
  • The most important aspect of this photo shows how our led ring looks (on the left) and how the other rings will look (on the right). Here, you can see how our side does not "show" through the ring, while competing rings will show.
  • Please notice that there is NO exposed wiring
  • Please also notice that the ring goes all the way to the top of the ring, it does not break 3/4 of the way up and it does not have an exposed parts other than the ring itself

4.
  • This is most important part of the rings here - it's CLEAR
  • Also please notice the slim profile of the LEDs so that they are not visible when off.

These are just photos of the product without being on.
We will show you more in the coming days of the technical parts of this product and some of the key specs of fitment, color, longevity, and output.

We hope you feel that your patience will be properly rewarded, your confidence in our ability to deliver a best of breed product, and your hard-earned money will well spent given this information. Photos will follow shortly on the various cars from various angles within this week.

MOST IMPORTANTLY - THANK YOU TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS. THIS WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE WITHOUT YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT!!

Any way to make these less blue, or lower the intensity? i'd like a whiter light like the chromiums and also be able to maybe dim them?
also when will they be available for facelift coupes?

You can use a rheostat on them or wait for the color changing ones
F/L coupe will be ready within 60 days or sooner.

I misplaced my camera. I looked everywhere last night until 2am. The only place I haven't looked is at work. I will have to post when I find it or when I use my buddy's. Sorry for the suspense. They look soooo awesome though! Thanks a ton for developing these. I have wanted LED halos since I bought my car 4 years ago and startetd LED modding.
