PAGID Red pads for E46

I just got my set of PAGID Red pads from Bavarian Motorsports and the box says BMW 5-series??? WTF???
I checked the number online again and the number is right.

Does the 5 series have the same big brakes as the 330 CiC?

Please advise

Installed them a couple of weeks ago and they fit, so the 330i has the same calipers that the E39 has .. obviously.

You left us all hanging. What's the verdict on these pads compared to OEM?

My receipts from Bavauto said 5 series as well, I have only done the rears so far so I can't comment on overall performance. I will install new front rotors/pads within a few weeks then I can tell.

I do know that while at the HPDE at Thunderhill last weekend my oem brakes were suffering by midday with significant fade by the middle of each session. I am hoping the Pagid reds in the front will help a small bit next time.

I've been running the Reds on my car for about two months. Great value for the money. Not a whole lot of initial bite but they stop the car just fine. Maybe just a tick below the OEMs but for 1/3 the price. Not looking for alot of high performance out of them. I just use them for everyday driving. VERY VERY LITTLE BRAKE DUST.
