AutoZone has a cheap one to rent but it will do the trick.

Peake SRS reset tool

I have one that I used once. It is the one that plugs into the OBD under the dash. What model and year BMW do you have. Think I bought it from BavAutoSport for $130+-. I live in southern California and I would be willing to mail it to you to use provide you send me a deposit of some sort that it will be returned undamaged. What do you think is a reasonable amount of rent? Please let me know. BTW, the Actron unit will not reset the SRS.

Yes, or just ask for me, Brian. Come after 10. Our group seems to always be on Asian time.
