Halogen to Xenon OEM

Hi all

as i said on another thread i buyed an unroadworthy 330xd and i'm planning to swap some pieces onto my 320i

I started with Xenon because i thought it was the easier to do.................

Well i'm searching a topic with pictures to install these Xenon lights on my 320. Most of topics i found are old and pictures are all away.

I allready took away all the mecanical parts and now i need to get the wiring and i'm a bit lost.

Can you share me a topic about it or can someone who allready made it help me. I'm ready to take pictures and make a WIP to help other peoples that are interested in it.

Thanks for your help

Dan

Hello Dan, are the headlights the same style? You can just swap the lights and code the car and you're set. Can you attach pics? That would help.

So here are some picture.

First the parts i remove from the 330xd Touring for the moment (missing cables and autoleveling system)

Here a comparison bewteen my 320i halogen and 330xd xenon

As you can see there is one more plug on xenon lights.

Connect them like so. The one in the blue box is for the bi-xenon which is not necessary. It's coded off from factory with halogen lights so don't worry. I would just tape it up properly.

My Ride: is fast.
The headlight washer pump goes in the same tank as the windscreen washer pump. You'll see that there is a second non drilled hole for the headlight washer.

I see that my message wasnt clear enough. I know how and where to plug the pump, i disconnect it onto the 330xd. What i need to know is how to connect the power supply cable on my 320i.
