Trizzuth... Julian's on Broadway in Providence has that Hoptimum on draft... go get it there and enjoy a dinner/brunch. If not, if you call them and ask them where they got it, they will tell you the liquor store who has it... even though it is draft, good chance they have it in the bottlle. If you are ever around north providence/providence, rt 146... i highly suggest you take a stroll into Nikki's Liquor, in the Shaw's plaza. Amazzzzzzzing selection of beers.

That Mojo is good as well, thats from Boulder Beer Company... if you like IPA's, I suggest you try their Hazed and Infused

Beer Cloud works great. I'm always trying to match foods and beers out of curiosity with it.

Hahaha this is pretty slick. I'm guessing what kinds of beers pair with foods to see how good I actually am with flavors.

Get yourself a nice Rauchbier and make the following burger

Mix ground beef and veal, make burger... (beef and veal not necessary)
Add applewood smoked bacon
Add grilled sliced mcintosh apples
Creme fraiche (lol southpark)
Add crispy fried leeks
Bulky roll, toasted and lightly buttered

I'm sorry, did your taste buds just die and go to gluttany heavenness?

Yea, thats what I thought

Hey Ya Burger

Applewood smoked bacon, applewood smoked mcintosh apple, blue cheese creme fraiche, and fried leeks

Served with double fried french fries and a charred shallot aioli....

Started out with a Gulden Draak, then finished the dish with an Aecht Schlen../? wtf Oak Smoke Rauchbier

By far the best beer and food combo i've had, ever

Thanks...downloading now

Picked up The Beast Grand Cru yesterday...16+% alcohol. It was $8.99 for one 12oz bottle, but it's not too bad...just cracked it open. It's thick and definitely has a little bite to it.

Here's what the beer snobs say about it...

Found some Troegs Nugget Nectar and decided to see what all the hype is about.

Decided the hype was well worth it. If you can find a 6 of this I recommend picking it up.

Very hoppy with citrus hints. Smooth as silk.
