Yes and very limited availability. RR will distribute the kegs to whoever they feel deserves it pretty much. Where I'm at, they only have a keg of younger. Down the road, there are at least 150 people waiting for it. No one really heard of this place having it, ballin

I've got almost a year old 3 Phil. in the cellar, it has so many flakies on the bottom. Curious to see if the cherries are still there.

Drinking this now. It's a delicious Belgian. Lots of caramel favors with a hint of apple and some spices, very good!

I picked these up to age for a while... I had an XV a while back and I'm excited to see it age. The žucubA is one of the barley-wines blended into the XV. I snagged the Firestone Walker žucabA this past week. It will be sitting in my basement aging next to their XV for a while

Went to the Stone brewery last weekend. They had a cherry chocolate stout but they ran out by the time I got a table. Anyone try it? Sorry no pix.

Had some Dogfish World Wide Stout the other day. Strong stuff but not bad. Kinda pricy.

Sipped on some Westvleteren tonight. Have had it a few times before, but tonight we compared a fresh (2011) bottle with a 1997 vintage.

It has very little heat to begin with, so aging didn't mellow it much at all. What the age did do was add a very nice sherry/madeira note - mostly due to 15 years of oxidation, which really isn't a bad thing in this kind of beer.

Had it in a bottle a while back. It's one of their collaboration beers. The cherry wasn't too overpowering, which is nice because I'm not a huge cherry fan. Good beer, but pretty much all of their collaborations have been decent. Nothing to really write home about, though.

The brewery is about 10 minutes down the road from the winery I work at. I've been meaning to get in there and get a bottle of the žucabA

Went to a beerfest yesterday and tried a black IPA. It was interesting to say the least, but I don't think I'm sold on the idea.
