That's what I was wondering. They gave me the "this car failed" printout, which looks the same as the "this car passed" printout, but I dont know if there's a database or something they check from shop to shop to see.

Can anyone chime in?

Would another shop know I just failed if I went?

Yes if it fails, its another $35 down the drain.

This sucks ass. It shouldnt have failed. Im going to go somewhere else.

well if you take it to another shop, they'll probobly pass you.

have you tried that?

look into other inspection shops in your local newspaper!

yeah, i'm gonna try the place that put my ZHP bumper on tomorrow. if that fails, ill just have to put pads in i guess.
