Unhappy Brakes issue! Loud, intermittent whistling on one brake!

Alright guys, I'm plum out of ideas.

My brakes are all within 1 year old (pads, rotors, sensors & E-brake). I've been experiencing a LOUD, intermittent whistling when pressing on the brakes. It's completely embarrassing, as it sounds like the brakes are worn down to the nub...but they're new!

My mechanic replaced the rear-right rotor under warranty, thinking it was a bad rotor. No dice. Same noise.

Has anyone experienced this issues, and how do I solve it? The rear bearings have also been replaced, as an FYI.

BTW, there has been a recent development: A faint, intermittent whistling when driving. It's quiet and can only be heard when paying attention. BUT, that changes when the brakes are hit.

What could it be????!!!!

I'm going to have my mechanic check to make sure they installed the wheel bearings correctly. The rotor is actually wobbling at a slight margin while the car is operating. So slight, it was undetected initially. SO, since I've had 2 rotors placed on that end in 6 months....and the last thing I had done on that affected side was the wheel bearing, I figure its worth a shot.

Yeah Seth, I wish I was there for you guys to look at it.
