ZHP rack and pinion urgently needed

I posted in the classifieds, but no response.
Perhaps someone has one here?? I need this as part of my suspension rebuild.

Just FYI Real OEM only shows one part number for the e46 steering rack from 09/2001 up - at least as far as I've seen. It's always part # 32136757651 no matter what I've looked up.

Haven't looked at xi...

All 330i steering racks are the same. 325i has a different part number; idk how the ratio compares.

If you have the money, and you want an even faster steering rack, grab one out of an MZ4 Coupe. 12.8:1 (vs. the 13.7:1 of the 330i)

Considering that part of the ZHP was the cams that made upped the output 235hp I assumed all ZHP e46 were 330 flavor. Thanks for the heads up on the 325, but I still don't see that there was a "ZHP Rack" as it seems it would be available for the 330 as well...

I am slowly, but surely, starting come to the same conclusion - all '03 and higher 330i racks have the 13.7 to 1 ratio.

Well I didn't mean to imply that there was a 325 ZHP - there isn't. I just wanted to clarify that not all E46 non-M racks are the same.

I'm not quite sure what you're saying with that last sentence... Let me just clarify:

There is no specific ZHP rack. The difference in steering feel of a ZHP vs. a normal 330i is mostly due to the ZHP-specific control arms.

Gotcha - rock on. Once again, thanks for the clarification - I totally should have qualified my statement with the fact that I had only looked into 330s.

Look calm down - The sentence you didn't get was trying to state that since we know there WHERE ZHP 330s and there is only ONE part number listed for 2001+ 330s then there was NO zhp steering rack.

It feels kinda like we're disagreeing at this point but other than my inaccurate statement with the "all e46 are the same" I tihnk we are saying the same thing.

exactly, there is no "zhp" specialty rack from other late model 330s.

we challenged this myth some time ago on the forum.
