No you don't have adjustable coilovers. You have a spring/shock combo.

NOT ADJUSTAbLE

OEM sport Package is Upgraded Sport TUned SHocks.. and Sport Springs that Lower ur ride .5 of a Inch.. like Hence the EIBACH PRO KIT

SInce one side is higher then the other.. its either.. u BLEW a shock.. or u BLEW A SHOCK..

cause if u swap out suspension or jack the car really high for the springs to get off the base of the shock eer shock tower.. then the springs have to settle again.. to be all perfect all around..

try driving for a Bit and hit some pot holes.. and bumps.. it should get u back to OEM height all around.. nOw if u dont.. its a BLOWN SHOCK!

All bimmers have "coilovers".. A spring coil over a strut. What you might be thinking of are adjustable treaded struts or spring collars. In that case no. You more than likely DONT have threaded adjustable "coilovers" (unless you bought the car with them previously installed)

First.. How off is the pass' height from driver's? Second, what is the condition of the suspension as it stands? all stock high mileage? Lastly, if you don't know where to begin, I'd take the car to a reputable mechanic and have them inspect all the strut mounts (both front and rear) the bushings, springs(which have been known to crack) and finally the struts and shocks (which are probably already blown)

so if it sits higher on one side then it could be blown?

i have a 330ci that was hit on the passenger side and raplaced the tower and fender ect....

now that side sits high so is the shock needing to be replaced?

all is rebuilt correctly what do you think

Stuff like this is nearly impossible to diagnose over a forum. Suspension ride height differences could be due to something as simple as variance in the springs to something as scary as bent suspension components. There's no way to tell without a close up inspection.

If you don't feel comfortable diagnosing it, take it to someone who is. K77, in your case, I would guess that either the shock tower was not correctly repaired or that the newer spring on that corner simply doesn't match the others in age (obviously), ride height, or spring rate.
