You'd need the short version to keep the stock coin holder/tray assembly.

I have 2000 323i and the stuff is peeling off the cup holder (black), how much is that? Also my car didn't come with a arm rest, just coin holder, cup holder, and ash tray, what would I need if I wanted to convert mine to arm rest?

Quick question, my total came to $150.10. When I went through with the Credit Card and everything, shipping still came to TBD*

Is it because I ordered an emblem and a window seal? Will I get charged for those items for shipping. Or can you guys be nice and give me free shipping all around

It's super easy, about 30 min. of work. You have to take off the shifter trim to get to the front 2 screws, and remove the ashtray from the rear to get to the other 2 screws. Then it comes right out.
