Coolest BMW past/current thread!

Any suggestions on what you guys think the COOLEST Bimmer is? I gotta go for the X6. Its just plain ridiculous and pointless and in my books... thats COOL! I love the fact that it doesnt serve a particular market but rather is just for people who probably have to much damn money... Any takes guys?

the 8 was the epitome of everything wrong with an 80's automobile styling.

This car commands your attention the few times you see this beast going down the highway.

I prefer the 2002 as the coolest. I love the blue one in Hancock (that Will Smith flips over, drops, and drags in the course of the film).

The 8-Series is for sure the most distinguished BMW ever. How many cars have maintained the same design without a facelift throughout a 10-year production run? Not many. The only things changed on these cars were upgraded powertrains.

And of that group, the M8 should have been king. 550HP V12, all carbon fiber/kevlar body...in the early 90's!

(prototype) None ever produced.
