Springs on my XI...a DIY...anyone?
So, I'm wondering if replacing the springs only (H & R) are any different on an XI car, and what I should expect going into this.
My car only has 40k on it, so I think the shocks mounts etc are all fine...I just want a lower ride height (xi wheelgap FTL). What should I expect, troubles, tips etc? How long of a job is this? I plan on replacing the springs this weekend (autozone spring clamp) and bringing the car to JB Eurotech for alignment and install of my new SSK  anyways, let me know your thoughts.

lol probably because people aren't sure. i'm sure it's relatively the same. if you have all the tools it should take you about 4 hours. if you don't, have hand tools only, or it's your first time; it will take you like 8 LOL. but at least you're know your car more.

i did this on mine. i also added bilstein shocks and struts and poly rsm from kpeng. made an unbelievable difference. it made me love my car again. replace as much as you can afford to since you will have it all apart anyway.

Well, I took my wheel off, cracked open the Bently, turned around took a look at the hub nut...had a wtf moment...
...proceeded to have JB Eurotech drop it for me:    and the ssk...  every shift says GO! GO! GO! Absolutely amazing. I think I'm actually done modding my car...
