How big of a difference?

This weekend i'll be getting new sways and coils installed.

I'm just curious as to how it'll effect the smoothness of my ride, and how drastically the handling will be improved.. totally different car? or..

What kind of tires am I looking at using? I already have 18" rims with new tires I surely hope i dont need to get new ones.. haha.
