CROSS Exhaust system on my 330i

Hi there,
I just ordered one of the new CROSS Exhaust systems from modbargains the other day for my 01 330i. I'm planning on installing it with a friend in his garage. Just wondering if anyone has done a cross exhaust install before, and if there are any particular things i should look out for, or any potential install problems specific to this exhaust you may have run into that i should be aware of? I assume its the same as installing any other exhaust system, but i figure it doesn't hurt to ask... Here it is:

www.modbargains.com/product.aspx?pf_id=CROSS_exhaust_BMW_E46_JS

It mentions a factory clamp needed for the sport bumper? Anybody know about this?
thanks,
-Will

Well, originally I wanted to purchase a UUC TSE3, but after its price, taxes, and shipping, it comes out to almost $1,400 for a cat-back system. After everything was said and done on this set up, it ran me about $1k. Still not cheap, but after comparing it with the TSE3, the cross exhaust sounds equally as good, is substantially lighter, and supposedly brings higher gains in HP. Plus its Titanium

I also thought it would be really cool to have one of the first e46's with this set up, as these exhausts have not been on the market very long at all for our cars.

Sounds just as good if not better than a TSE3 for a lot less
