BMW's fastest current production car???

Out of all the vehicles BMW has in their current model line up, which is the fastest car? Fastest meaning quickest in a straight line combined w/ quickest around a track?

I have narrowed the their line down to all of the M cars as well as the 135i and 335i. Lets see what everyone thinks!

I think currently the m6 is the fastest production version. Never thought about that, there should be a new super car that's coming out though.

CURRENT LINEUP.

I would have to agree with the M6 fastest in a straight line and E92 M3 around a track.

the M6 is probably the overall winner.

i did a little research, z8 is pumping out 400hp, and the m6 is up at like 507hp range. although there 0-60 times were close. m6 was 4.6 and z8 4.7 (0-62mph)

so ///M6 but I'm not picky ill take either car lol!

My Ride: M3
The M6 can has trapped over 120MPH. It simply is the fastest ever right now in a straight line. However, the E46 M3 CSL is the best handling but is no longer in production (obviously). It lapped the ring 15 seconds faster then the E92 M3 with about 65 less hp and slightly better tires. Currently the E92 M3 is the best handling and probably the fastest around any track as it holds the 8:05 time around the Ring which is a track that demands power where the M6 may have the edge
