Kashi Cereal and stomach problems
Anyone like Kashi cereal? I do but it causes me to have an uneasy and gurgling stomach for the rest of my day, so I stay away now.
So i did some research online and tons of people have the same issues. I hope Kashi knows that their protein and fibre laden cereal is giving ppl tons of problems! The taste is fine, but the formula or a specific ingredient is fcuking it up for hundreds, if not thousands of first time eaters. LOLs galore: http://www.pleasegodno.com/index.php...ning-gas..html

Ive eaten tons of fiber in a single sitting as well ie, salads, fruits, so on... but does not cause the explosiveness of a small bowl of Kashi.

I had the same thing. I ate it for a week and stopped. Tough it out and let me know how it goes.

Back in the day, I would eat huge bowls and my GI would adapt in a few days.
I don't have that kind of freedom today. I was so lucky my schedule was flexible today

Question for you:
Are boobs and hands polarly charged, thus causing the inevitable joining of the two? If so are some breasts simply charged backwards? On a scale from 0 to 24...wait, 3 to 24, where 6 is the lowest and 12 is the highest, how freaking high re you right now? She's got you high, and you don't even know yet. |

WTF!!!! Me too. I've been eating Kashi Honey and Almond Fiber/Protein cereal (the one from Costco) almost every day and I've been feeling like **** in my tummy (lol! tummy) after that.
Hmmmm.

I replaced a meal with fruit smoothies w/protein powder...I have had some killer farts since i've started it.
Haven't tried Kashi yet since I don't eat cereal much.
