I would also love to run thicker sidewall just like M3 spec. I don't care about the speedo being slightly off. I'll use GPS and figure out how much it's off. If I could run 235/40/19 and 255/35/19 then I would!

So far I'm going with 18"s with larger tires, but I'd like to move it up to 19's
We generally recommend keeping the tire within 3% of the stock diameter so that the speedo and odoemeter stay true and that you will have a rub free fitment.

What kind of sizes did you have in mind?

if I were to run 19s, i think I would run 235/35-19 in the front, and 255/35-19 in the rear, which sounds good for the profile, but I think the tire's would be getting stretched, especially if I run a staggered setup. Keep in mind i'm NOT lowering my car at all though. these sizes are within 3% increase, but I generally don't like the look of stretched tires :/

The rear tire should be a 255/30 and not a 35. 35 will be a bit tall and may cause rubbing issues even at stock height with a full cabin of passengers and compression. 255's will give off a slight stretch on a 9.5" wheel depending on the tire manufacturer.

Where does it actually rub? I'm taking it the top of the outside tire corner against the upper inside fender liner?

^ Do you have much rubbing issues when you're the only one, and when you are fully loaded?

Hen I was running a F 245/35 R 265/30 it rubbed and I was a little higher up. Now that I'm on 235 all around I have no issues and I've gone lower. My front fenders are rolled and rears are cut
