Quick Question

18x9.5 et33 on 225/40/18 fit my 2000 323ci?
Am I gonna need to run spacers upfront to clear my coilovers?

Car is on FK silverline coilovers, rolled and slightly pulled front fenders and quarter panels. Ofcourse gonna be running camber.

You should have little problem with it and that will have some nice flush aggressive fitment.

It'll look awesome!

If you put a wider tire on the rear at ET33...you'll rub!

I rub on the driver side rubber with 265/30R19's on a 9.5" wheel at ET45. I tried putting 10mm spacers to make it ET35 but it rubbed right when I left the driveway. My fenders are aggressively rolled and rear bumper clips deleted with bumper bolt shaved. I had no problem when I had 255/30R19's before.

I would not recommend that fitment. An ET33 is a typical rear offset for E90s. It would be a bit too aggressive. You would have to run a stretched tire and camber, along with fender modification in order to get it to fit.

He's got decent stretch with the 225s. I think it can work if he maxes out his factory camber arms.

Well here they are.... Nothing else like my car on the road in my area right now. I definitely stand out. Thank you VMR for a great wheel. I think they look absolutely amazing on this car. It is a little polarizing I know, but, most have given me positive comments. In the end I am happy, very happy with them. Sorry for the crappy pics... I am not a photographer and I only have an iPhone.

what color blue are they?

VMR calls it Electric Blue. The powder coater calls it candy blue. Hard to see in my pics but it has a flake to it. So in sunlight it looks super bright.... on a cloudy day it's a bit darker.

My newly shipped VB3's ... classic wheels, perfect for the E46.

Specs;
Front: 8.5" ET 40 with 225x40x18
Rear: 9.5" ET 45 with 255x35x18

on 12 year aged stock springs. No rubbing!

Kevin from VMR was great to deal with and they shipped to Hong Kong in about 5 biz days with no problems what so ever!

Omg that looks siiiiiiiicccckkkkk. I want to powdercoat my next set one shade or two darker toward orient blue... But god that looks so tight. I love how the color even picks up your license plate and BMW logos...
