Glad to hear you didn't blow up anything. 99% of the time install errors cause the problems. By the way how does the car feel? I may attempt this install at some point.

i havent been able to really drive the car and i wont have it back until next weekend, but, the one time i did get to put my car in boost was in second gear and it felt just like the 135i i got when i had my car at the dealer checking it out preparing for install. if you do get the AA kit be sure they give you the updated instructions since they have changed a few things in their kit and install process.

Its a good chance that its the crank case vent valve and that its filled with oil. had this happen to a friend. not a real problem except for all the oil in his engine lol
