At my Bar, we grill the tuna salad in a pan before putting it in the toast. Then cheese on top and into the broiler to get all gooey....

I bet if you made that tuna mix into tuna salad it would be a LOT better... grate some dill pickles and boil and egg and mix it in to your tuna mix, as well as sprinkle some paprika, salt and pepper...
you can also take the above, remove the stems from some medium white mushrooms, put in a baking pan, sprinkle with cheese and bake until it melts and you will have some delicious stuffed mushrooms!

Kinda bland to me. I usually add some fresh dill (not dry), diced red onions, smoked paprika and salt /fresh black pepper.

No it's not - he showed step by step how to make a burnt grilled cheese sandwich with cold tuna inside. If you got that at a restaurant you'd be pissed.
Using a broiler would have been easier, since you wouldn't have had to mess around with the frying pan so much and the tuna would have been hot. Even better, you can make like 4 big sandwiches at once on a baking sheet in the broiler. |

Thanks for the DIY kuksul, just made some. A teaspoon of sweet relish in the mayo/tuna mix tastes great also btw
