good bbq is not easy to do. Pulled pork sandwich with slaw is awesome, as long as the sauce is good and pork is cooked to proper smoking standards. If you live in cali, i'd watch out

Man, you cant get good BBQ in California. You would need to import Hickory wood. Ya'll got Hickory trees in California?? J/K

Cooking great BBQ is an art. People in the south take their BBQ seriously. Come on down I will show you how to eat BBQ. Below is a review of a restaurant where my father ate BBQ as a child. They have been in business for a very long time. There is a also a picture on the wall of Charleston Heston during his visit. If Moses eats there you know its good!!

I believe both places serve pulled pork 'memphis style'
No self-respecting cook would use pork tenderloin for pulled pork, it's too lean a cut.

Pulled pork is awesome, but the last one I had made me horribly sick. The sandwich was from buffalo wild wings. I haven't had one since.

I like them as long as they aren't dry and stringy. That's the worst.

In south FLA I recommend; shortys (Miami+ other locations, you gotta get the keylime pie, eat nothing but keylime pie in Florida) and Tom Jenkins BBQ (Ft. Laud).. but "theribdoctor" would know alot more than i do about BBQ in SoFla

on a side note other than BBQ, if you want some amazing poutine (the traditional french canadian dish of french fries, gravy and cheese kurds) go to Frenchies abr and grill in Ft. Laud... one of the very few places in the US that serve poutine, and amazing poutine at that.. FTWeisse introduced me to it

edit: ninja edit?
