well it feels good under 65, its sorta tight after a COMPLETE NEW suspension swap. See its freaking weird, sometimes on 45 in the morning it might slightly shake, but at 65 its shakes, it comes and goes but if i drive for more than 5-10 minutes it pretty much goes away. its freaking weird, im going crazy.

When this local cat lost his steering rack he totally lost his steering almost. Said it was extremely heavy and made crunching noises.

Could your tie rods be adjusted incorrectly, possibly?

Sounds to me like your steering rack is fine, but something is interupting its smooth operation.

Maybe the ps system has a leak that makes it loose pressure one minute and be good enough the next?

How does the fluid level look, are there any ps fluid leaks. Any noise from the pump or the rack?
I highly doubt a shot steering rack would be quiet.

Tnx for your help buddy, im hoping its not my steering rack, man im just going to have to pay 100 dollars and get it fully inspected, , i dont have any leaks, i recently replaced the fluid on the PS, my tie rods are new, my wheel has been shaking ever since i hit that dam bump on the freeway, and its still there about 3,000 dollars later its still there . So that leaves me to think that it may be the Rack.

Double check the tierods. Flip the wheels left to right, see if the vibration changes.
It may be the wheel.

yea, my steering feels fine, except in medium speed turns. turning slowly left to right, the wheel shakes a bit, just pulls slightly left right left right in hands. more of a pull in either direction, than a vibration.
