E46M3 Stalling issue

My M3 is stalling after running for about 15 seconds, but will start right back up. Fuel pump is losing voltage, and fuel pressure is falling off. I can see it start at full battery voltage and continue to drop until car stalls which also matches what I'm seeing on my fuel pressure gauge. No CEL or recorded codes in system as scanned by my Modis. Car has an active stage 2 supercharger kit, not that it matters and is running a walbro 400 pump. Recently changed the fuel filter and cleaned the injectors, which also shouldn't be a problem. Already swapped the fuel pump relay and the horn relay with no change. Has anyone seen a similar issue? I'm about to start back tracking the circuit to try and find the issue, just curious if anyone has been any common problems causing similar issues.
