Can i get some imput on KYB GR2 shocks

Can i get some imput on KYB GR2 shocks???
I need to change my shocks and springs front and back i been looking at different shocks and springs setups and brands, I would like to know if anyones has any valuable information on kyb shocks, i would like my car to be dropped a little no more than 2in, and a smooth soft ride...

If you get the KYB's, you'll probably regret it. They have a reputation for poor damping control and poor durability.

It sounds like you're wanting a bigger drop than what you'll get with just shocks and struts. I would recommend KW coilovers. They offer height and dampening adjustability. Their stainless steel construction will not rust in NYC's snow. They're a GREAT coilover that I personally have on my own E46. Let me know if I can help you out.

I've got KYB's from TireRack.com. After a year, one started leaking and was replaced for free. I think they are lifetime guaranteed.
