Lifestyle: noun. the habits, attitudes, tastes, moral standards, economic level, etc., that together constitute the mode of living of an individual or group.

so driving a low car and having to avoid speedbumps and shiet makes it a lifestyle?

Uhmm no that would be suicide...two different things. Bags are an alternative to coils to receive the same end result (low). Bungee jumping with out a cord is suicide...a different end result.

You guys are taking this way too serious. Then again this is the internet...Plus I like my coils because I can raise the car up a few inches and hit the track if I choose to.

lol now im sure there's gonna be another 4-5 pages worth of BS about how bags can be used on the track too and they'll be preferred by more people than drivers prefer coils wow....so this is what this forum has turned into

I can hardly visit this thread without seeing an argument spark out of pictures and biased comments

continue the purpose of the thread

haha true Benjo, Jer's gonna say how he would smoke us all in the canyons with his bagged audi and then all the other bandwagon(ers) are gonna agree with Jer then the track guys will come in and hate on everyone for having stretched tires, bags, etc and then we all hug at the end because in the end we all <3 E46fanatics

Ok let me rephrase (I'm an idiot for not stating this) on vip cars it MUST be standard. But on other cars it's cheating

yeah thats how dumb "breaking an oil pan because coils are better than airbags" sounds. like its sucide just for the sake of being hard

breaking things for no other reason than "low is a lifestyle" is stupid. being low without the consequences on the other hand is smart

man are you guys fukin serious.
this is the kinda retarded sh1t they argue about on vw vortex.

jeez... e46 isnt a horse so why is your username e46stallion

i love both bags and coils, they both have two different purposes...
IMO:
coils: you can go low... the lower the better... and the lower you can drive on a static drop the more respect you get. but theres a limit, the point where the car is just undriveable.

bags: you can go lowwwww.... you can drop the car to the point where its so low you scrape frame, which would be impossible to drive on w/ coils. they also let poke your wheels, stance your car at a level not possible on coils, unless you want to destroy your fenders.
but then agian, anyone one can drive a bagged car....
ideal situation is drive low... park lower....

both serve their different purposes.

people say its a "lifestyle" because theres a certain mentality you need to be able to drive a slammed car daily.
just like modding cars can be a lifestyle
driving a car modded a certain way can also be a lifestyle

i pointed out your username because it has nothing to do with anything... just like how defining what a "lifestyle" is is irrelevant
guess you didnt catch that
