how do people drive like this? doesnt the tire smash into the fender with every pebble? What if you hit a massive pothole, does the wheel completely destroy the body work?

hit a bump, wheel goes up AND IN... suspension doesn't usually make a wheel go straight vertical... it moves diagonally

All the cars that have really aggressive fitment have body work done to help avoid hitting the wheels or tires on anything important. If you notice that Civic that looks to be Laguna Seca Blue has the rear fenders pulled to help add clearance to the rear wheels during compression. Things like negative camber, fender rolling/pulling/cutting, and stretched tires all aid drivers in the quest for fitment. There aren't too many cars now days that have suspension that only moves in two directions haha. Most kind of follow an 'arc' so to speak, so the wheels will naturally camber in as they compress.

Hope somebody has idea why, only at the front left corner, tyre looses presure within 2-3days? I changed wheels place from rears to front, front right to left, checked tyres and wheels for a damage...but no result. Only one wheel at the drivers side loose presure...
