I'm not seeing any achilles in the size I want? How about these? Are they complete crap or do you think i'll be ok with them?

@game-of-stance,

I have raptor riken tires man, I thought they were gonna suck but I love the stretch on these. They stretched great, I got em for a nice penny too. I also stretched my rears 10.5 with Hankook's K104 or something like that. They stretched real nice. I like the sidewalls on them, smooth unlike the nankangs which I also like but the sidewalls look a bit "rough/sharp". The front of my wheels are 9, and they are 215/35/18 Raptor Rikens. I personally feel like the hankooks run a bit bigger versus my previous tires, toyo proxie4. When I mounted it on the toyos, they looked less wider and it was a ***** to stretch. I put the hankooks on the 10.5 and took one hit with a cheeta and it already inflated because they were so wide already.

I've had bad luck with achilles, both wheels bubbled on me.

Also, I don't know what offset your running so we can't really tell you what tire size you should even run. You don't want to stretch it too much for no reason and have a fat gap or vice versa.

Achilles are a very soft tire, they wont last long if driven hard. But if you just cruise low and slow, youll be fine.

Yeah I had a bad experience where I mounted the tire on and inflated and then dropped the car and it bubbled.

I think it is funny that they would take the name Achilles, since the name is from the Greek hero that had a weak heel (foot)
