Thank you guys

I am still getting used to the Silver/Silver combo... Not enough contrast or "WoW Effect" IMO... Any ideas/suggestions as far as color?

Same tone as original BBS Silver?... Maybe a little lighter/darker for more contrast?...

I have to refinish the wheels regardless, there are a few blemishes that need to go!... Silver/Silver + Smoke lights all around.

I just find it hard to believe it's just a coincidence that you would rarely see Type IIs and when you did it was usually on E34/E39s. Now you see them a lot more often.

It's a little more than just wheels to me. I always tried to do something in a new way, put my own spin on it, create a specific look that I envisioned in my head and make it real. Modding is a self-expression and I feel like people remember certain cars and can associate them with a specific person. When I mention "bronze E46 M3 on HREs" there's no question that it's Jon's old car... rusted E28 with a shark's face on it, frozen grey E46 M3 vert, black E46 M3 on porsche twists, I could keep going and you'd know who I was talking about. I even gave Khalil (one of my best friends) a hard time when he was trying to buy a set of Type IIs, our cars were already getting mistaken enough. Notice, I didn't give SIX2MIDNIGHT or E46_330i_Stud a hard time about their wheels, they're completely different cars so I don't care. Since you have a dark colored E46 sedan and piggybacked on my OEM 19" M3 setup awhile ago that's why I had the problem.

Ive hot a lot of pm or people asking me about the m pars and yes I try helping them. I've only seen one more car do m pars after me(rcsummers) and I'm not going to his thread you copied me.im happy and since he's kinda local I said I'm down for a photoshoot. I'm not trying to start anything just want to say people do things bc they like it

people recognize me.

Almost done with my wrap. Similar to Kev's, but gloss. And yes, my splitter is already destroyed.
