Alright everyone,

Matthew came in today and we weren't to familiar on how to remove the mirror on a sedan. Looked much more complicated then on my M3. The speaker is built in to the part where you need to screw the bolts out to remove the mirror. We weren't able to test fit because Matthew just had 30 minutes, but if anyone knows how to remove the sedan mirror please let me know!

Sorry guys that we didn't get a picture. We tried fitting it on my E46 2D and the base of the M6 style mirror was larger then my base. Do you guys know if the 4D's have the same size base or larger?

These do fit on 4 doors. Members just wanted to see a picture of how it looks on the car. I'm trying to get that ASAP.

it's lightly larger in some areas and smaller in others

you said that it fits, so why are you even asking?

it's different then the preface sedans the speaker is intergrated into the entire piece of the door, it doesn't just pop out like preface's or coupe's. plus i've only done the window reg.s which are just the door insert not the entire thing plus i was on my lunch and did not have a lot of time

you forget that i did the m3 mirror retrofit into jun's car. it pops out. you start from the inside here the hinge is and go up when you pull out.

this is lame!
nowhere in the first post you say this for 4door only. and you even tried to put it on your coupe (M3) after fanatics asked for pics. Now you're saying it only fit 4doors why bother ask if the base any different?

You should have started this thread with pics of them on a car.

Why would anyone order these when they could potentially look like ass.

If anyone wants to have them test fitted, we can have them sent out, and if you don't like it just re-send it and you will get a refund.
