Help build my (or ours) turbo minivan!

If you're bored on weekends you can help us out...it can be a community project.

And YES...you can throw stuff at it if you want or drive it up a curb, slam on the brakes, etc etc...main goal is to get it running perfect though

see thread WITH PICS

UPDATE: Muffler GONE, cat GONE...this thing is ridiculously loud...its crazy. Louder than my old bronco with dual flowmasters...vid will be up soon. Replaced distributor cap, distributor rotor, ignition coil, spark plugs and plug wires...next up is radiator (ours is currently cracked), lower radiator hose (currently duct taped), coolant flush, oil / filter change, fuel pump / strainer / filter.

we took off the roof rack (well, hammered it off), which to my surprise weighed almost 50lbs...still need to spraypaint E46FANATICS on it...slowly but surely this baby is gettin to 100%....then the fun starts

UPDATE:

Today I overhauled the coolant system...which became an interesting feat. The dudes we bought it off of jerryrigged this thing so BAD. Original radiator must have died, which explains their need to put a completely 100% incorrect radiator in there...how this slipped by me I dont know. Because it was the wrong radiator, the hoses didnt reach, so they had 2-3 hoses clamped together to make them reach...also, fans were mounted in the complete wrong position...so today I:

-Swapped incorrect radiator with used radiator (car-part.com FTW)
-Replaced upper / lower hoses with correct ones, S/S hose clamps
-Changed thermostat and gasket while I was at it...
-Coolant flush

The waterpump seemed fine. Haven't got the wiring for the fans quite figured out but once that is knocked out this thing should keep cool with no issues. Next is the fuel delivery system...parts in hand, just need to do it....and then this thing should be in working mechanical order.

You can still shake the back wheel because its so loose but hey one thing at a time.

After all this the REAL fun can begin
