Made this tonight, used a half pound each of Fontina and Gruyere .

Used italian bread crumbs rather than making my own.

Turned out very well, but I think I would go with a little less Gruyere and maybe add some cheddar or some kind of third cheese next time.

Still, easy way to upscale a very tasty recipe.

that looks dank

Last night I was at these girls apartment and they made us mac n cheese when we were really drunk. Then after we ate, we smoked and got really high. I then passed out on the floor and threw up.

The mac n cheese had not been digested yet and there was pasta throw up all over the carpet. I got the **** out of there before cleaning up.
