Mmm... smoked salmon is great. Especially on bagels with cream cheese, capers, tomatoes, lettuce, and onions.

Try deep frying smoked salmon and replacing the bacon in a BLT (I know, I know, bacon is king!) but it's easier to weave smoked salmon and it tastes great!

Also use deep fried smoked salmon as the base for an SLT (swordfish, lettuce and tomato) sandwich - the best sandwich I've ever eaten!

True, but it is harder to get. Atlantic salmon is almost fished out.

Good ideas here though.

Earlier tonight I cooked a piece of frozen salmon in the frying pan ( too cold outside for the grill today) in olive oil, and stirred in some frozen shrimp and some of that fake crabmeat. Then I had some fresh asparagus that I cooked in tin foil with olive oil.
It was pretty good, and quick.

I never ate salmon raw, I think I ll try that next time.
