DIY need help!!

i am trying change me corner to smoke on my 2001 330ci. i cant remove the light. i know there is a clip that holds it in. i try to push the clip down and push the light out but its not coming out. there is a 90 degree plug on the light, how do i remove that? thanks.

My Ride: '04 ZHP Sedan MB/NB
Assuming it is like mine, the front corner is held in by one screw. Looks straight down from above and you should see the screw that holds it in just at the outside back edge of the light (looks like a little vertical basket that you insert the screwdriver into). Once the screw is out, should wiggle out easily

It should take a little careful determination to get it out. There isn't a screw on my '01 Ci, just push the tab down and use the palm of your hand to slide it out of the fender.

Push clip, pull light, rotate plug counter clockwise until it's released fromt the light
