moar DIY food threads

So with all the DIY food threads.. I thought I would document my dinner tonight

Cheese Omelet, nice and simple

Start with a little butter to get the pan ready

Grab some eggs.. I prefer the brown ones

Wisk the eggs well in a bowl or something

I like to add a little milk to make them good and fluffy

Shred a little cheese to add in there, I chose Pepper Jack tonight

add the eggs to the pan set to medium

salt and pepper to taste

flip and add cheese

flip half way to give it the great omelet shape

I like a little hot sauce.. mmmm time to enjoy

I have a good one for authentic-tasting Mexican chicken fajitas that is pretty easy to prepare. Everyone that's eaten them has loved them.

I will try to make some tomorrow so I can post it up.

Looks good

Hey guys, have you guys ever used a blender to mix the eggs before putting them in the frying pan?

I tried that this morning, while making my signature scrambled eggs. They have never tasted so good.

They weren't watery at all. I don't use milk either.

Yea, neither do I.

When I make my eggs I'll whip them, add a little salt, spray some Pam on the pan and pour the eggs on and cook.

Seems pretty standard to me.

Checking in again

Finally Done

Yum

Double Yum

After many bierren, then another stroke of genius.....BACON SUSHI

And something to wash it down with

MMMMMMMMM Bacon
