Getting rims for it? Or just non runflat tires?

I wish I could get the wheels I have in my sig for my Accord but tirerack doesn't have anymore
All the other 4 lug wheels they have for it suck. But I just got some projector lights that should be coming next week
Next, LED taillights. Maybe exhaust. No fart cans, but this is what I'm thinking of (sounds similar):
