330i ZHP black on black $16k/OBO, 74k miles

I'm selling my 2003 BMW 330i which has the Performance Package (ZHP). See below for details of this package. The car is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. I’ve also installed OEM Clubsport splitters and have the original chrome grill. I’m asking for $16,000 or OBO. The car is stock and has never been tracked or abused. Local sale only. - Manual Transmission oil changed with OEM fluid
- All services completed by BMW dealerships. All records available.
- Car is garaged day and night
- Heated seats, iPod AUX installed

forgot to add, front control arm bushings were replaced last year by the dealership.

I was absolutely P!SSED!!!!!!

I was hit on the driver side rear quarter panel. Caused damage to the wheel, bumper, and some suspension parts. All body work and repairs were completed by BMW of Fairfax in Virginia.

I'll try to scan the documents with the repairs, but here's a list from what i remember:

- Body work and all other repairs were done by BMW of Fairfax
- Repaired the panel and repainted
- Replaced the old bumper with a new one
- New rear wheel
- a few suspension parts
- NO frame damage

there were other items but i don't remember. i don't think they were big ticket items. car hasn't given me any issues before and after the accident. still drives like new.

sorry forgot to mention, no issues with the title, it's clear. my bank has the lien on it.

just wanted to add known issues:

1. zhp "rattle" - hasn't caused me any issues. car drives like it did when i first got it. CPO warranty until 9/2009

2. gearbox or clutch rattles on a rare occasion for a few seconds after starting the car. both BMW dealership and indy BMW mechanic found anything wrong with the car. they said everything looks fine. i haven't experienced any performance or driveability issues.

3. normal wear and tear rock chips. one short scratch on rear passenger day. a clip on the the black molding around the rear passenger door fell off. needs to be glued back on.


car drives perfect, none of the above affect the performance of the car.
