Thanks guys, we were very pleased with the way it turned out even though we got a late start and ended up cooking by flashlite. Typically we make it with rabbit, whole shrimp, and mussels but there were none of these at the market that afternoon. We ended up using chicken thighs (bone in) clams, shrimp, and yeah small lobster tails (kinda like lagostinos). Using the smaller ones worked out well cause it was easy to spread them around and I think it made for a nice presentation.

Yup there was, picked some up with the rice. Snacked on spanish olives, serano ham, and manchego cheese while we cooked.
