Yea man, being able to make delicious healthy food is so important for a guy who knows how to eat and works out hard. I unfortunately am not very gifted in that department, thats why this food section is so useful to me.

yeah I usually eat those if I either a) ran out of tuna for tuna melt sammich, b) i don't have time to make a bigger meal, c) it's late at night and I am too lazy to make a bigger meal.

it tastes soo good ...... just boil them in water and you're golden! but doesn't keep you full for a long time.. well for me .
