bisquick already makes a cheesy one that I use then I brush it with the garlic butter when I make shrimp scampi.

I only played a small part in this, but these rib eyes were fantastic. They were cooked on a makeshift grill over a bed of hot coals. I forgot to take an after photo, so here is a mid grill shot.

It was good, it was lightly cured so the texture was slightly dry. Nice taste.
